Hello and welcome to our class page!
My name is Mrs Matthew and I am your child’s class teacher this year. We also have Mrs Jordan supporting us in the mornings.
We have a very exciting curriculum and are starting the year off with our first topic, ‘Around the world in 80 days’. I am very excited about our new classroom which has been set up with indoor and outdoor continuous provision for the children to access as part of their independent learning time.
We are looking forward to getting to know all of the children in our class. If there is something you feel we should know about your child, we have an open-door policy, so please do come and see us. Alternatively, please make an appointment at the office or email our class email address.
Key Information:
- Homework will be collected in on a Monday and sent home on a Tuesday.
- Weekly homework for unit 2 includes; spellings, reading and Numbots.
- Our PE day is a Tuesday. Children need to wear their PE kit to school on their PE day.
- As we have daily access to our outdoor continuous provision area, please ensure your child has a pair of wellies in school.
